The first competition of 2025 for Blackadders was a cold one starting the day in minus degrees; although it was better weather than the original date which was postponed due to the latest storm.
It was great to be hosted at the local club Percy Park RFC and despite the cold and damp weather the teams were raring to go.
We played across two pitches which were certainly a mud bath by the end of the day. Some great dive try’s scored though, there is always a silver lining.
