A big thanks to the visiting team from Sunderland for coming along and playing some development games with us. We look forward to our return game in July. Shout outs to all the helpers who made it happen, so that’s Cat, Lesley, Rolf, Gareth, Ben oh and well me too…. You can check out the photos that Eva took in the gallery:
So we’ve been busy and tomorrow (Wednesday 19/6/19) we play our development games against Sunderland O2 touch. Ben has divided up the teams, Lesley is ready to ref, Claire has the cones….I tried to find a hooter….. Some one even mentioned cakes, but no promises… Edit: Blackadders arriving from 6 for cones and team allocations, warm up and planning before our guests […]
Next wednesday 19th of June, we’ve got some friendly fixtures against the teams from o2 touch Sunderland. As part of the relaunch of this website, I took the chance to email other local (ish) teams to see if we could get more games. The fine folk at o2 touch said yes, so lets give it a go. If you can play, let […]

This is the chosen charity of one of our regular attendees, who is taking part in the Great North Run to support their great cause Keep a 👀 out for the Facebook […]

Tonight seemed to be a really quick session which was good, if not quite tiring! We’ve mentioned about getting some more competitive games played, so if you fancy […]
So are part of trying to get us some more games, I’ve reached out to a few different clubs and touch centres to see who fancies a game. We’ve had our first response care of Sunderland Rugby Club and its o2 touch team. They’ve suggested we try a Wednesday with a home leg at ours and then an away game in Sunderland. […]
