BLACKADDERS WALK OVER CANCER GRAND TOTAL £450 👏👏 We are pleased to announce that during March #WalkOverCancer month we have managed to raise £450 for @cr_uk
Through our bonus ball, which will be drawn on tonight's National lottery we have raised £245. Here is a reminder of everyone's numbers, good luck! Winner gets £50!

Our weekly collections at training raised £95 (not bad considering we have not been able to train for the last two weeks!!). The total mileage recorded during the month was 108.38 miles. Blackadders through their members subs are going to donate £1 for every mile, adding £110 to the pot.
Absolutely amazing to be able to raise this much. We are really proud of this!! Thanks so much to everyone who has contributed.

Lockdown boredom kicked in yet? Give this challenge a shot!
The aim of the challenge is to get your playing top on and off, whilst in the press up position in the quickest possible time.

The rules
* The shirt must start lying on the floor
* Timer starts when you first touch your shirt
* 3 points of contact to the floor at all times
* Your hips should remain lower than your shoulders throughout
* Timer finishes when hands are outside the shirt
* The fastest time wins!!! Tag us in your videos and get sharing, have fun with this 😃

Beautiful morning down at Tynemouth today. There may be no training down at the Club tonight, but that does not mean you can’t still do some training... whether it be stretching, walking or even a run. Exercise is proven to help you not only physically, but mentally.

As part of the #WalkAllOverCancer month we are going to run a bonus ball competition on 28 March. If your number is drawn you will win £50 and the rest of the money raised will be donated to Cancer Research.

If anyone would like to pick a number for £5, please message Blackadders or comment below and we will confirm if the number is still available. Money can be collected at Thursday training at Rockcliff Rugby Club or transferred to Blackadders Touch Rugby bank account.

Everyone who attends a Thursday training session in March will be charged £1 each week. All proceeds raised will go to #cancerresearch
As part of the challenge those who track the sessions as a workout will be asked to record their distance to see how miles are covered in the 4 week challenge
