2. Your other foot must remain off the ground at all times.
3. You can only use one hand.

Here is this weeks isolation challenge.. how many press-ups can you do on a rugby ball in 30 seconds?? @glasgowcenturionstouch are you in?💪🏼 Can you beat us, share your scores and let's see how many you can get. 27 was our best to beat *If full press ups are a struggle then you can do them on your knees

BLACKADDERS WALK OVER CANCER GRAND TOTAL £450 👏👏 We are pleased to announce that during March #WalkOverCancer month we have managed to raise £450 for @cr_uk
Through our bonus ball, which will be drawn on tonight's National lottery we have raised £245. Here is a reminder of everyone's numbers, good luck! Winner gets £50!

Our weekly collections at training raised £95 (not bad considering we have not been able to train for the last two weeks!!). The total mileage recorded during the month was 108.38 miles. Blackadders through their members subs are going to donate £1 for every mile, adding £110 to the pot.
Absolutely amazing to be able to raise this much. We are really proud of this!! Thanks so much to everyone who has contributed.

The aim of the challenge is to get your playing top on and off, whilst in the press up position in the quickest possible time.

The rules
* The shirt must start lying on the floor
* Timer starts when you first touch your shirt
* 3 points of contact to the floor at all times
* Your hips should remain lower than your shoulders throughout
* Timer finishes when hands are outside the shirt
* The fastest time wins!!! Tag us in your videos and get sharing, have fun with this 😃
